Dawn Kay Boozer-Carter Passes Away

We are saddened to learn that Dawn Kay Boozer-Carter, 8th grader from Indiana School for the Deaf, passed away this morning from complications around 2:50 in the morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly. For more information, visit http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/dawnbc
